Bridging the gap between in-house and agency

Extremely excited for what this next phase of recruiting brings with Rec-Interimand, as such, I’m immediately available for in-house talent acquisition opportunities across the North 😊

After successfully partnering on a number of inhouse recruitment projects in 2018, we are officially launching the next phase/chapter of our journey with our Rec-interim division.

The past 5 to 10 years has seen more and more businesses invest in a Talent Acquisition function and as such Rec-interim bridges the gap between inhouse and agency by providing:

On or off-site day rate operational and strategic recruitment support, a managed service RPO, end to end recruitment & EVP reviews, Hiring Manager training and bespoke assessment toolkit design. Services are charged as fee for time from Β£200 + VAT per day.

Brexit or no Brexit (although hopefully no Brexit!!! and everything still crossed for a #PeoplesVote), businesses are always going to be looking for the most commercial solutions as to how they best attract and retain their most important commodity, their people. Rightly so too as it’s the best way for attracting, engaging and retaining the highest calibre of staff for a business.

We recognised that there was a real gap in the market for our services that complement the direct hiring model to SME’s in the North and hence, Rec-interim was born.

Over the last decade there has been a definite gradual shift towards inhouse recruitment as can be seen by increased job board subscriptions, internal recruitment appointments and inhouse recruitment networking events and award ceremonies. Not all businesses can afford increasing their headcount with a full-time or even part-time Recruiter, however, and accordingly we hope to create value with our range of services for all businesses we partner at Rec-interim moving forwards.

Ultimately Rec-interim supports business owners, HR & Resourcing Managers to reduce recruitment spend and a reliance on agencies by offering flexible talent acquisition services to businesses on or off-site during peak periods.

About a year and a half ago we designed and started conducting our recruitment & EVP reviews onsite with our customers. The need was clearly there for delivering value, feedback was fab and we thoroughly enjoyed the partnerships and our work. A little later down the line we decided to provide day rate operational and strategic recruitment support to businesses charged at a fee for time.
